Holistic Health Strategy, “12SYAPTPP”, for Care and Curiosity of Ulcerative Colitis: Integrating 12-Steps of Recovery, Yoga Asana, Plasmapheresis, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF)

The “12SYAPTPP” integrative health protocol for ulcerative colitis targets gut microbiome dysbiosis and associated immune dysfunction. This 8-week, pro-consciousness study comprises four key components:  the 12 Steps of recovery as a design for interconnectedness, Yoga Asana being endocrine and digestive homeostasis, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy for cellular regeneration and inflammation reduction, and Plasmapheresis as bloodstream detoxification and immune modulation. "12SYAPTPP" aims demonstration of quantum potential with holistic attention in harmonizing whole-body imbalances contributing to chronic inflammatory conditions like UC.  This quantum-self approach investigates the interplay between the infinite field of energy and biological reality in UC.

Description:

The protocol integrates four key components:

  1. 12-Steps of Recovery: Daily participation in 12-step meetings (5-7 days/week. 1hour meetings) to address emotional well-being and promote a sense of interconnectedness. Online or in person meetings.
  2. Yoga Asana: Daily yoga practice to enhance endocrine balance and support overall well-being. Online or in person 1hr min yoga class.
  3. Plasmapheresis: Two plasmapheresis sessions during the 8 weeks to detoxify the bloodstream and modulate immune function. This is a free donation and is personally organized through the Red Cross.
  4. Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy: Two 8-minute PEMF sessions daily to stimulate cellular regeneration and reduce inflammation. Subject can use community PEMF or personal mat of their choice.

Daily Commitment of Self Health Responsibility:

Participants will be asked to maintain a weekly journal to document their experiences and track progress. A worksheet will be given with simple questions to prompt the integrity of the study in each area of the protocol. Presence, consumption, sleep, and elimination patterns using a spectrum wheel; noting any changes in worry, symptoms, sleep quality, energy levels, and overall better relationship with the whole body. Consistency in the protocol, ability to make a new decision, and cultivation of higher emotional states like gratitude and empathy will also be personally recorded.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the "12SYAPTPP" protocol in:
