*Homemade Chicken Bone Broth:
Brine whole organic chicken for 1 day in spring water, brown sugar and Kosher salt in refrigerator. Remove chicken from pot, Stuff brined chicken with apples then place in the oven and cook til inside of chicken is 165degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove desired meat from chicken, eat. Place the remaining bones in a bolest mixture (organic chicken bone broth boxes) over night (8-10 hours) and simmer on lowest heat. This creates a gelatin mixture that serves as a base for any dishes cooked in a 4-7 day period. The gelatin mixture is to be kept in the refrigerator and can be served alone as well. We add both turmeric and ginger root to the "bone broth gelatin mixture" in each creative dish.
